Fitbit continuously cycling between exercise/notifications/time

This afternoon my Fitbit would go to the exercise screen without pushing the button.  I would push the left button & it would go to notifications, if push the left button & it would go to the home time screen, but then the exercise screen would immediately come back.  I’ve removed the watch & it continues through this cycle.  Help!

@Kholt6801 I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it changes to the exercise screen by itself.

I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if the issue gets fixed.

I did try the interventions with no improvement.  I eventually called in to Fitbit, tried troubleshooting over the phone with no improvement & my Fitbit is being replaced.  Thank you for trying
