Versa touch screen won’t work

My Versa touch screen has stopped working. I am unable to track exercise, clear notifications, answer/reject calls or alarms. 

The buttons work fine but I can’t navigate the whole device using the buttons. 

There has been no damage to the Versa and the screen is in good condition. 

Restart doesnt work and unable to switch Versa off fully due to no swipe access!
