Fitbit does not hold charge

My fitbit versa does not hold a charge. I charge it over night and within 4 hours or less the fitbit is needs to be recharge again.

Hi @sheedahm  That is not good. How long have you had your Versa? Is it still under warranty?

Mine not quite as s bad yet but mine won't hold charge either

I brought my fitbit In March 2019. Not even 6 months.  I will look at the links you shared. Thank you .

i bought mine april 2019. charged it to 100 percent this morning 12 hours ago.do not have animation clock face and did not track any exercises today and  its down to 85 percent. have charged it with different mehtod. done reset. nothing has gotten any better

Versus just recently stopped holding a charge.  Used to last 3-4 days with no recharging.  Now, even if it states it is 100% charged, it does within 12-24 hours, doesn’t even make it through the night.  It seems to have started when I got an automatic update on the Fitbit maybe 3 weeks ago.  I did the complete reset and install today still no improvement.
