Face of my Fitbit is falling off… Still works but doesn’t want to stay snapped in …HELP!

Gosh I’m sorry to hear that has happened. I don’t believe it can be just “snapped in” honestly. It’s considered waterproof up to 50 meters so I’m sure on that fact alone the face being compromised would cause serious issues.

 

I would suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service:  https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

 

I’m hopefully they can help sort this out for you
