I got a fitbit versa 3 and am having loads of issues.

 

My battery needs charging every 2 days and I'm only wearing it at present as a watch and heart rate, sleep tracker. Alexa says active on my app but when spending nothing happens. When my watch battery runs out it asks me to set fitbit app up again.

Hi @Joanne2328  - try doing a restart by going in the the Settings menu on the watch and do Shutdown at the bottom. Wait 10 seconds then place on the charger to restart it and charge it.

 

For the battery draining, the latest firmware has new features, particularly Snore detection. Review those you don't need from this list of know battery drainers, it should give you back a longer battery life.  How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
