i just bought my Fitbit versa 3 last year and it stopped working. The lights on the back stopped working. I’ve reset it so many times and nothing is happening. It won’t get passed the logo screen, I’ve got it on the charger and nothing is happening.

Hi @Sj2222 - this may even be a charging issue and the battery is flat, make sure the terminals are clean and the charger is not faulty [a common issue], see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If that doesn't fix it probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
