Fitbit locked

Hi everyone,

Fitbit: Unlock iPhone 

iPhone profile: Device not present. So I can’t access device lock. 

I have watched lots of videos on device accessing device lock. Because the device isn’t an option to access on my iPhone app profile, I cannot access device lock to unlock my Fitbit. 
Also my iPhone (and any device) can not detect the Fitbit when Bluetooth is switched on. So I think there’s a fault with the Fitbit (No accidents or damage).

Hi @Nuzhatara 

Is this a new to you Versa, that is not attached to any Fitbit account? Are you logged into the correct Fitbit account?

Ie did you remove the Versa from its Fitbit account? The simplest way it to change the pin code.

The other way is to so a factory reset.

Many thanks for your reply.
1. This is not a new fitbit Versa. I have had this for just about a year.
2. Yes I have only one gmail account and it was linked to this fitbit.
3. No I have not removed the versa from the account.

I don’t have any access to the fitbit through the app on my phone because
it’s not registered anymore as a device.

Don’t know what to do. Currently, the fitbit says “unlock on iPhone”.

Any ideas ?
