I have never been more disappointed in a piece of technology. I got my Versa 2 for Christmas, and ever since the latest update mine hasn’t been working. It hasn’t even been four months... It has been flashing the fitbit logo and ever since it’s been on and off doing that. I’m not usually one to write rude reviews but I am sincerely disappointed in this watch.

The same has literally occurred with my Versa 2 SE, sometime this evening. I’ve since tried all applicable methods to reboot or default to factory settings; while the base warranty has lapsed the extended warranty has not and have filed a claim to get a new/replacement. 😕
Hoping I can get a replacement in due time. Quite frustrating.

As soon as my Fitbit warranty ended it started malfunctioning that is rebooting again and again and not syncing. Fun fact is that I am not alone I checked Fitbit community help page there were people with same issues and all of us had been told same troubleshoot that is factory reset which do not work only increases headache. After that they say we will check warranty and if active we will get it replaced. But wait it starts happening only after end of warranty. Hmm... interesting company

hello! mine is flashing and I cant do anythinh...tried to reset and didnt work.. tried to recharge and didnt work as well... really weird

stuck on logo, no vibrations when I hold the back button, the logo disperse by its self and then reappears
