Fitbit lost time, now won’t sync or recognize wifi

I’ve tried all suggestions on the different forums to resolve the losing time issue on my Versa. Now that I “forgot this device,” it will not pair with my phone. I’ve tried another phone, and still cannot find WIFI.

Hi @JSmith8  What phone are you trying to pair it with? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

I also tried all the work arounds. I even reset the Fitbit to factory settings, unpaired the device from the phone and app, and completely re-installed the entire device. Still won't sync or keep time. Extremely irritated as I paid full price for a watch plagued with issues. Fitbit-FIND A FIX....clearly this particular device had problems

I have had my Versa for more than a year without issue, but have developed this same problem over the last week.  It started losing time and now it won’t sync at all to my iPhone XR. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting. I deleted it, added it, shut down my phone, restarted the Versa, deleted the app, reloaded it, even dropped the Versa from Bluetooth, and now it can’t be found.

Help please.
