Fitbit not alerting notifications

I changed my band last week and while doing so pushed all of the buttons on my Fitbit multiple times while trying to get the band on. Since then my Fitbit doesn’t alert me to texts, phone calls etc. I have disconnected Bluetooth on my phone, the settings in the app all show notifications to be ON. It’s something that I pushed on my actual Fitbit that is causing this. Can anyone help?

If you press and hold the button on the fitbit then it brings up the Quick Settings screen. One of the options on there is to turn notifications on / off.
