Fitbit not recieving notification while fitbit app closed

My fitbit versa is not recieving phone notifications while fitbit app is close, is not normal, the app should keep always a running service so we can recieve notifications even when the actual app is closed, or the developer should make a plugin app to run always in background completely separate from fitbit app, so it could sync.

It your phone is a supported phone, yes it should do that, but phones not on the Supported Devices List often have conectivity problems that interrups notification transfer. What phone are you using?

My phone is a Huawei Mate 10, i know, is not on the list, but the solution is simple and it should fix almost all connectivity problems
