90% of the time i do not get my notification. Why?  Why sometime i do and most the time I do not.  All notification settings are on on my versa and app. Versa is not in dnd mode either. Help please i work a job where i rely on my fitbit to get my text messages and calls everyday.

Hi @Mikie66 What phone are you using? There are notification issues with some phones atm

If you have updated the phine to Android 10 there are notification issues that may be affecting you. Have a look at THIS thread for more information. Hooefully they will be fixed soon.
