The screen on my Fitbit Versa 2 has gone blank. The app on my phone says it is still synced and has a full battery but I can see nothing. The little green light is still working on the back. How do I fix this or is it some sort of built in obselescence?

Best AnswerYeah, if you get a fitbit that lasts a year, you are doing good. The heartrate sensor stopped working on top of it not syncing, so my versa 2 is no another dead dongle to add to the pile. I dug out my inspire 2 and it's still working, so maybe I will get a few months out of it if I am lucky. There is an update available for it, but I know if I allow it to update there is a 50/50 chance of it being bricked.
