Hi @Merimbula you posted the same thing about a year ago (click to see it) and had contacted customer support at that time. What happened then?

@Merimbula since the answer before after working with customer support was a new Fitbit, then it's probably what you'll need to do this time. There is no warranty on a replacement, so you might want to see what's on sale.
