I have a Samsung10, yesterday my fitbit was working, logged my workout but then just a black screen. I've noticed the green sensor lights aren't on either. I have charged it fully and tried force stop on the app, tried holding the side button but still nothing 🤷🏼:female_sign: please help🙏

The same thing happened to my Fitbit versa 2 today. And unfortunately, Fitbit customer support is the worst. The device is fully charged but it's not working at all. It's not even a year old yet. Before it totally stopped working, it had only been registering part of my workouts, e.g., I'd workout for more than an hour and it'll only register 20 minutes. It's crazy because getting any kind of answers/assistance from this company is the hardest thing ever.

I don't think the problem is the charger. I think the problem is the Fitbit. Because mine was fully charged when it stopped working. But, it started working again later in the day. Go figure.
