Fitbit only syncs step/ wrong time

Worked well for a couple of months then stopped syncing notifications/ sleep on Dec 9th. only synced steps. I did the whole uninstall / roboot/ reset. now it is not even keeping correct time, it is 8 minutes behind. please advise.
