Just wondering if others are having issues? The last sync was over 15 hours ago and for some reason I can’t even use sync now it just sits at syncing but never actually works or completes the sync. I’m on version 32.10.15 and the app updated a couple days ago but was working fine up until now.

My fitbit also not been able to sync since 2pm yesterday. Wonder how big this issue really is and when will it reappear. I just bought this last weekend as an early present to myself and now I'm stuck. How long does the data stay available before we can sync our information into the app?

Hey guys, I hope you are doin' well @happy2know and @Ladyash! If you are experiencing syncing issues between your Versa and your phones, I'd like you to, first of all, let me know which phone model you have. Is it compatible? Meanwhile, I will ask you to review all the tips in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? To try to fix this inconvenience.

12-15-18. I am having the same problem. I am so sick of all these issues people are complaining about. I have had almost every problem at one time or another. Mostly not syncing over and over again. This is just not right. I am about ready to give up on Fitbit altogether. I have beem using different devices for about 5 or 6 years. I have to replace my watch about once a year. They dont seem to last much over a year. My Versa Which I got almost a year ago, has had nothing but problems since I got it
I had the Charge 2 before that, then all of a sudden it quit syncing as my Versa has been doing almost for as long as I have had it. It seems like none of the fixes work, of if they do it is only for a day or so.

I am having the same issue. I've had a charge 2 for a couple years now, but I upgraded to the Versa last night. It seems to sync fine when I first set it up but then it srops. It seems to occasionally sync on its own after a few hours but I can't seem to get it to do it more regularly. I've followed all the steps you recommended, even factory resetting the device but it doesn't seem to stay connected for some reason. The phone is not on battery saver or anything and I have the box ticked for all day sync. Was disappointing because I tried to take it on my first run with the device but although the steps saved, it did not connect to the phones for GPS so that data is lost.

Thanks, I've tried what this guy recommends. Seems to be working for now but let us see if it stays sorted. Wish me luck..

Unfortunately it was not the success I was hoping for. Syncing manually to the app works but connecting to my phone during a run to access the GPS still isn't working

@Haydah. So your Versa is syncing, but you still experiencing GPS issues, right? If so, let me suggest you to take a look at the information in this other help article: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?
