Does any one know where can i get invoice bill with GST number for fitbit order i bought in the website?

I want to return my versa 3 don’t have my order number

i have the Fitbit sense was having where it wasn’t keeping track on my sleep

so bought versa thought maybe needed new Fitbit well haven’t had versa long and it’s doing samething
