I have the special edition Versa, brand new out of box. When I try to set up my wallet, a message pops up saying "searching for PIN" and then "error registering Versa with Fitbit pay"

@tarakendall89 What's your phone model and OS? You need to set a passcode/fingerprint protection for your phone. Go to settings on your phone and do that. You also need a lock code for your Fitbit. Please refer to this help article. More information on how to set up Fitbit Pay you can find here.

I have a Galaxy S9+ and do have a fingerprint lock on my phone. I went into
my Fitbit app and clicked device lock in the settings and get the same
message as if I am trying to set up the wallet.
