Fitbit period app

The application is completely glitching when I try to enter my period date. I click on the period section and the screen freezes. I have restarted and reinstalled the app, but nothing seems to work. I’m on the latest version of the app and I have a newer iPhone, so there shouldn’t be a problem in that area.

I’m having the exact same problem except I have the Charge3. 

 

Update: The issue resolved itself in about 2 days. It’s still not great because now I have to wonder if and when it will happen again.
