Sent my Fitbit in for repair a month and a half ago and still haven’t received a replacement. Worse part paid for premium membership and haven’t been able to use it fully. Customer service seems to not care at all.

Hi @SunandFit Fitbit doesn't make repairs on these devices, only replacements. Once a device is returned to Fitbit, it goes to the warehouse where they check to make sure all the requested pieces are there. It can take two weeks or more before the replacement is shipped out, according to posts on the forums from those who have had similar experiences. Evidently increased sales have resulted in reduced stock. I'm sure they will let you know once it's shipped. All you can do is keep trying to reach customer support for further information, as no one on the forums would have it.
