Earlier today my Versa 2 screen became unresponsive. At first it was simply stuck on the clock face. It didn't respond to tapping (which rotates between different clock faces, showing either steps taken or steps left to goal) or swiping.
Later it cycled rapidly through the screens as though someone were wildly tapping it.
It has also turned itself on repeatedly.
I can occasionally get into settings, but it won't stay there, and acts like someone is selecting and deselecting options at random.
Restarting has not worked, nor has putting it on the charger to try and break the loop.
I can't find any option to contact help other than Twitter, and I am not a Twitter user.

My screen has become unresponsive twice since I bought it in November 2019. The original and the replacement they sent in January did it. I just used the return tool to send it back, AGAIN. Try it and see it they'll send you a new one.
