Touch screen not working

The touchscreen on my Versa2 doesn't work. I have only had this watch about 2 months. It started off intermittently working and now I can't get it to swipe ever. I have tried restarting it multiple times, still nothing. Can't swipe so I can't get to factory reset. Please help!
