Fitbit screen won’t display numbers.

My Fitbit screen has suddenly stopped displaying numbers / digits. The only way I can get it to work is

 by selecting an analogue clock face with no digits on it. The heart symbol  is there but with no reading and the steps should symbol is the same. It’s basically turned itself into a very simple watch. It is still syncing with my phone though. The problem seems to be on the screen.

I would first suggest restarting your Versa by following the steps in this help article (here). See if that fixes the issue.
