Feb 7 appears Fitbit servers down, again ,like 2/6 .. and are diligently working on problem .
Stop trying to fix for now 😉

TOTALLY RIDICULOUS! It seems this is every other day lately. They aren't working on it, per the representative I just spoke with. "There is nothing we can do with our tools right now, but when it's fixed, we'll be happy to help." I asked him if they are working on it and when he thinks that is and he replied "I don't know. No they aren't". I can't even reconnect my device to my app!!!!!!!!
