The last day or 2 my Fitbit app keeps telling me to sync my device, I have a versa. I have the all day sync off, I even turned it back on and it still does it I don't know what else to do. I updated the app, I've shut my phone off and turned it back on and it keeps doing it. Any ideas?

I've been having the same issue. I chatted with their customer service Sunday and they are apparently aware of the problem and trying to fix it.

I've been having this problem since June. After various emails back and forth I'm now told my Huawei p30 pro is not compatible and to use another device. I'm not going to use 2 phones just to get calls abs and message notifications. What a stupid suggestion!!!!
