Fitbit versa 2

I noticed that Versa 2 step-count delay, for example the current steps are 1000 then I walked for like 80 steps, it should be 1080, instead it shows on the tracker has 1030 steps, then after a while (no walk), it shows 1060 then a little while again later it shows 1082. So the step counter incorrect! I restarted many times, did factory reset, still have same problem, kindly solve my problem

It sounds to me that it is not really incorrect, but just takes a little time for the display to catch up.  Or do you mean that it goes to 1082 instead of 1080?

Thanks for your response, for example the step count is 1000, i walk for 1 minute and the counter is not moving, it stays on 1000 steps, then it moves for 15 seconds and again ut stops, lets say, i walk on treadmill for 1 hour, usually 1 hour walk equall to 6000 steps, but now with the delay it goes to 2500 steps!! Which is too much low
