I cannot restart or do anything. It is unresponsive to touch, button pushing and everything. I have tried to restart multiple times and have covered the entire button with my thumb and it won't do anything.

Hi @WilliamStraten - there is an option to start it by putting it on charge. The advantage of this approach is if the battery is flat it will charge it and will auto start it generally.
The other thing to check is if you swipe the face to the right to get to Quick Settings is that you have wrist motion enabled so that twisting your wrist wakes it, as does double tapping it the device is on and charged.

Hi @Bamboo3 - if the watch is blank and not responding it may just need charging.
If you have tried changing and it doesn't help then check the cleaning and the cable, see details in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
