Fitbit versa 3 no home screen showing up and can't app can't connect

I bought my fitbit versa 3 in January. It's had this weird white screen that shows up and buzzes on my arm since I got it. I should have returned then but didn't and now my home screen is gone. I can swipe left and see all my apps on the fitbit but none will open so I can't even turn off the fitbit and reset it and it won't connect to my app. I just tried to talk with the company I bought it from and they say it's out of warranty can't help me.

Fitbit was wonderful.  I called them, told them the problem and they couldn't help me fix it. It was under warranty unlike the place I bought it from said it wasn't. I have already sent the old one back to Fitbit and should be receiving my new one hopefully soon.  Way to go Fitbit!
