Fitbit versa 3 stuck with logo

Two days ago, my Versa got stuck on the logo. I switched it off multiple times, but it didn’t help. While charging, it only shows the logo, and the device is not syncing with the app. How can I fix this issue? Please help

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear your Versa 3 is stuck on the logo. 

Could you please confirm if you restarted your Versa 3 as shown in the following help article ? How do I restart my Fitbit device?

About the syncing problem, could you please try to follow the steps detailed in this article ? Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
