My Fitbit versa suddenly went blank and now all I get is the logo on and off. I have charged and tried switching on and off. I also tried the factory re-set but there is no strong buzz. Is there anything else I can try ?

My versa stopped working today. Found this advice and followed it although had to try a few times but it’s all back up and running so thank you

Mine is doing the same thing. How can I fix it. Do I have to get a replacement ? It is probably a month or two old. Please help

Mine started doing this and also lost Bluetooth connection. No combination of button pressing cured anything. Spoke to customer support who are sending a fresh Versa out. (they are not EOLing it.) The guy did try to blame the Apple firmware and tell me there was nothing wrong with the versa -,I had to quickly jump on that and quell that line.
Fitbit is great when it works but these glitches are not uncommon and are a pain. I’m not going to switch to Apple Watch, but there are other step counters available - I’m not impressed with the regular issues that crop up from time to time on Fitbit devices.
Maybe google will solidify the build quality of the h/w and s/w because I genuinely do like the Fitbit app.

That works as in got it switch off and vibrate but now I cannot get it to switch on

I have been back and forth with Fitbit for MONTHS about so many issues and ALL they do is send me more "help articles". I am so FRUSTRATED!! I'm glad to hear they sent you a new one, I certainly can't get them to do that for me. Agh.

This happened to mine after I installed the latest update. I chatted with customer support & did a reset & it showed I had 0% battery so I was told to charge.Mind you it was synced the day before at 83%. Well it flashes the logo as it's charging so can't tell when it's charged. I have a case # so I guess I will contact them again with this issue. So frustrating to get the run around & for Fitbit to act like this is not a common known issue. And to only offer a replacement at 25% as I am out of warranty. I have had 3 of these in less than 2 years. I feel like they are garbage & that Fitbit won't even stand behind their product.

I just had the same problem. Waited on hold for an 1 1/2 hours to reach someone. The were able to see when it last synced which was 6/9/20. They said something is probably wrong with it but it’s out of warranty. They offered me the discount too.
I know it’s something in the software. There was nothing wrong prior to it trying to update. It’s absurd that they won’t offer a replacement!

me too!!! it was working fine then i noticed the heart rate tracker was way off. i was getting crazy numbers like 200s and barely moving. then it stopped working all together. now i can’t seem to do anything because the fitbit logo keeps blinking on and off!!

I did this and it did not work. I can't get anything kn my screen, nothing! I know it is on because there is an occasional beep or vibration. When I go to the app on my phone it shows what I've done. I've called customer service and they just want to sell me another watch and give me 25% off!😡 I'm really upset with Fitbit.

If you are not under warranty all they will do is give you a discount on a
new one. not too happy about this.

When your watch is in this state none of that will work because your app needs to be in sync with the watch in order to do any of that. The app can’t communicate with the watch when it’s in this state.

This will not work bc the watch is no on or paired. It’s broken. Therefore, you cannot change the face.

Same issue here. I agree that they have terrible Customer service. I rather drop $600 on an Apple Watch
