My Fitbit worked fine until about 11.30 this morning when it turned off and now won’t come back on. Tried charging it but nothing happened apart from it becoming hot. Have tried holding down button but nothing, have tried to reactivate it but nothing. Have checked for updates and it’s all fine!!
