Versa Screen Issues and Not Holding Charge

The screen on my FitBit Versa is doing weird stuff.  It gets fuzzy and I can't read it.  I have tried numerous times to reset the FitBit by holding the side buttons.  This is not fixing the problem.  My FitBit is also not holding a charge and this started happening the same time as the screen issues.
