Fitbit versa has stopped charging

I have had my Fitbit versa for almost a year and it stopped working last week in the middle of an activity holiday. I messaged Fitbit support by email and on twitter but have had no response.

The watch appears to charge ok, but as soon as I remove the watch from the charger it ‘dies’, therefore I cannot carry out the reset which I notice some people suggest.

Any suggestions to bring my watch back to life would be appreciated.

Hi @TJB73  Try restarting it multiple times with the buttons even if you get no response. If that doesnt fixnit you will need to contact support (link in my signature) before the warranty is up.

Restart your tracker

Hi, I’ve pressed the reset buttons loads of times, been doing it again today, but no luck. I’ve already emailed Fitbit support and messaged via twitter and had no response, so pretty disappointed and not sure  whether contacting again would achieve anything?!  My watch was bought through Amazon, so guess I’ll get in touch with them. Thanks
