Was swimming with my nephew at the pool in 2ft and looked down the face of my Fitbit Versa was floating in the water held only by the internal wires in the device. When tried to get a replacement said Warranty was up but couldn't tell me when it had expired. Gave 25-40% off a new one but why get a new one if the face may fall off again and can be right back in the same predicament.

@Mlboyd, welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your damaged Versa. Support does follow the guidelines listed in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. This is why they offer a discount to help customers in this situation. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
Let me know how it goes.

Same as mine. Happily mine is being replaced as its 2 year warranty in EEA (includes EU)
