A few weeks ago my Fitbit flashed a white screen, turned off, then died. The battery was almost full when it happened. It was not wet or hot. I was sitting at my desk at work and I clicked to look at the time and it died as I clicked it. I took it home and attempted to charge it....nothing. It got very warm, but no response. I tried holding in buttons for several minutes like some of the other forums had mentioned. Still nothing. I work 6 days per week so I put it up hoping a little rest would help. My friend has one and she tried her charger thinking mine was dead, nothing. In fact, my charger works fine on her fitbit. It has been kept clean and dry with the exception of sweat or wetness when I wash my hands, and I clean it with an alcohol prep pad when needed. It has no visible issues. It was never dropped or banged. Just went dead one day. It had been draining batteries easier in the last few weeks, went from 4 to 5 days between charges to 2ish days. Occasionally the clock face would glitch out and not show the time. But it always fixed itself until now. Can anyone help? I cant get a decent answer anywhere. I have only had it for 9 months!
