I have a lg Stylo 3 and I can not get my fitbit versa to connect to my phone. I have tried a reply that was on here and can not get it to work? Please help!!! Do I need a different phone? It did not even work on my boyfriends phone and he has a galaxy s6.
Hi, your phone is not listed in the supported devices by Fitbit yet, that's why you encounter these problems. You can get it to work with Fitbit, but only in a limited way, e.g. not possible to change Clock Faces and download Apps.
