Fitbit versa lite not counting steps

Hi

can anyone help? My fit bit versa lite has stopped counting steps. It’s only about 2 weeks old. Can anyone suggest how to fix this? thanks x

Hi @Ruthiej1986 - please try resetting your Versa Lite but pressing and holding the button for approximately 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears. If that does not help, try turning the Lite off, then back on.

 

To do this, on your Versa, open the Settings app User-added image > About > Shutdown > confirm the shutdown.

To turn your watch back on, press the back button.

 

Please let us know if this gets your steps back.
