My fitbit versa lite wont fully update. Its gets too 97% and just sits there.  I have a samsung galaxy s24 phone. It wont even update on my boyfriend phone. Please help

Hi @Jennifer2k - there is no obligation to update the watch and it may work better if you don't update it especially if everything is alrrady working currently. It may work differently after an update and you can't undo it.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite is not updating. 

Please try updating your device while it's connected to the charging cable.
