Fitbit versa lite

My active minutes aren’t being tracked. Sometimes I will sync and it says I have like 20 minutes then it changes back to a lower amount like 9. Why is it doing this?

Hi @BobbeJo Try restarting the Versa Lite several times and also uninstall the app and then reinstall it on your phone and log back in to your account. Hopefully that will fix it.
