Hi Support,
I bought it in 2018 and since then there were multiple issue while syncing, notifications, time etc.
Though all day sync is ON, it sync by its own convenience (sometime there is no data on app even after a week) even though i tried manually sync as well, I have been patience and tried all troubleshooting on community finally created an account here as it became a headache rather a genuine tracker.
Tried repairing bluetooth.
Tried restarting
Time issue: after a charge the time sets itself to other timezone instead of my default IST, again I have to go through above painful sync process.
Firmware update: yesterday got an alert for firmware update, tried updating the firmware and it got stuck at last moment (refer attached screenshot), i left for almost 12 hours but no luck. Also it was connected to power all the time while update was happing.
I tried resetting as mentioned here https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Versa-Smartwatches/Difficulties-after-firmware-update/td-p/398... versa never came alive after that it just blank.
Please help.
