Fitbit versa not keeping track.

This past week my versa stopped  keeping track of my sleep. My activity log. And heart rate. 
clock is still accurate

steps are still working. I’ve tried syncing updating troubleshooting nothing works.

Are the diodes on the back still on? (The little green light on the back)

If not try swiping your thumb over it a couple of times also give the back a wipe with a dry soft cloth. 

It sounds a bit gross but when wearing a watch etc for long periods of time dead skin plus sweat will stick to the back and therefore might interfere with the readings

They are not lit. I did clean it it didn’t help. I’m just wondering if it’s burned out. Thank you for the good tip.

They are not on. I did clean it it’s still not working thanks for the great tip ! I’m just wondering if it’s burnt out ? This is my third Fitbit in four years getting tired of replacing.
