Logged sleep first night then stopped. Put it back to factory settings worked again first night then stopped again. Any ideas please.

I really appreciate that you have shared the steps you took to resolve this. I recommend restarting your device and checking if the device is snug on your wrist. Please try sleeping with the device on your non-dominant hand if you haven't done this already.
