Fitbit versa not turning on

I’ve been having trouble getting my versa to accurately count my distance during my workouts. For example, I’ll run 2 miles and my watch will show it as 0.7 miles. I’ve tried resyncing the watch and repairing it with no avail. Finally, I tried to factory reset it and when I hit the confirm button the screen went completely black and I haven’t been able to get it back. I put it on the charger and have pressed all the buttons in every pattern I could think of and still nothing. Any help would be appreciated!!

I"d like you to check out this help article and try the troubleshooting steps besides the restart (which you already tried) and let me know if your Versa gets back to life.
