Fitbit versa not vibrating for text messages or calls

My Fitbit versa recently stopped vibrating for text messages and in coming calls still vibrates when time to move or when I hit my goal steps for the day

Try restarting the watch,

Shut down watch

[ Swipe left, Settings,

at the bottom, About,

at the bottom, Shutdown]

wait a minute

Start watch [Hold button till it vibrates and wait for Logo and clock to reappear]

There's a new firmware version on its way [in the next few days] that may cure the problem if the restart doesn't already fix it.

On your phone head to Settings - Notifications - Fitbit, and check the settings are correct [see sound], that may help.
