I have fitbit Versa and using RedMi note 7 Pro mobile phone. Notification services are not working. I have tried every single solution posted on the fitbit community, tried restarting my phone, re-installing my app, turning on every access and everything but of no use. I just don't understand why don't you just look into this issue very seriously when hundreds of your customers are facing this same issue. The very purpose of fitbit isn't working even after spending hours and hours of my time trying to resolve it, and now I don't find any reason to use it. Please anyone help me out. Thanks!

Is your phone on the list of Approved Devices?

No sir, I guess. When I tried contacting fitbit, they have said that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro is currently not yet included in their list of compatible devices. They also said that though my phone meets their requirements, they can't guarantee anything and some of its functions may not run smoothly. But my other friends who are using one plus and iPhone are also facing this same issue. They also said that they had detected this bug back in August and since then they are trying to resolve it. I don't think fitbit isn't a startup or any other company to take more than 3 months of time trying to find out the issue and be so uncertain about resolving it in near future. What is the purpose in buying fitbit when none of the branded phones aren't compatible, when they aren't reliable anymore, when they take months together to resolve it? Even the cheapest smart watches in the market are working perfectly and taking up their issues seriously. We haven't opted it to get disheartened. Sorry to this but I am really frustrated and disappointed.
