Fitbit versa replacement order issue

Hi Team, 

I had versa special edition which got bricked due to some reason and I was offered replacement as it was under warranty with versa 2. My order says completed however in the tracking details nothing shows up. I spoke with fitbit customer care and I was told package was handover to DHL but due to covid they are not shipping to India and then FedEx was assigned. I have no clue where my order is and when will it reach. Can anyone help? Order no P58F4AF3S

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

I have already spoken to a cust representative however he said fitbit has to bring the pebble from dhl and give it to fedex. I wanted to know why order status is marked completed when shipping is not done..

@HarshsinghhUse your same tracking number and track using FedEx search....this is how I tracked my return during and through "handoff" from USPS to Fedex Smartpost service.
