Versa 2 screen goes green

My versa 2 for the last few days has been going to a green screen. Just cuts out. this is still under warranty until 2nd dec as less than a year old any help would be appreciated it’s linked to my I phone thanks.

Hi @Zoewalling78, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since the screen is going to a green screen. Thank you for letting us know that it is still under the warranty period.

 

In order to fix this issue, please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the screen stops turning green.

Hi I have don’t this and it’s ok then does this on a daily basis surely
this is not right for it to do that. As this has happened the last 5 days
