Fitbit versa screen not working

Bought a versa this past October (5 months ago) and it has been working fine. Went to check the time the other day and noticed my screen was black so I figured the battery died. Went to sync it to my iphone after charging for a while and the battery was full but the screen never came back on. If I try to reset it, it vibrates and has a dark blue screen like it wants to go on) but that’s it. Can’t see anything on it or do anything then it goes right back to a black screen. The green HR light is on and if I push and hold the left home button it vibrates. Seems like everything is working, but the screen....it also gets pretty warm to the touch when I try to reset it. I tried to change the clock face and it wasn’t that. I tried just about everything and I don’t know what else to do. I’ve read a lot of issues that are similar but it looks like it worked after a few resets or they had to get a replacement. I’ve tried a bunch of times and nothing is working.
