Issues with Versa - Help?

Hi everyone,

 

I have had my Versa since August and it has been functioning well until a few weeks ago.  It is collecting all data and reporting it properly to the app. But, it won't read my hours slept, water intake, and days exercised.  It reports it to the app, and the app shows my updated, daily data, but it won't read on the watch. It's showing the data from about three weeks ago for those three stats. I can't figure out how to get it to work.  My Versa also won't receive texts anymore.  It did and just suddenly stopped.  I can't figure it out.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @pmfawcett  Have you tried restarting your Versa several times? If not, give it a go and report back.

Thank you! I turned it off three times and synced it to the app and it's still not working. 😞

Do you have any other way of syncing? Another device?

Just wondering what is the source of the problem.  Sometimes the app or phone connection is not connected right.

 

If you have already tried restarting your device at least three times, please try one or all of these options below:

-restart your phone

-restart your Bluetooth connection by “forgetting the device” and reconnect.

-uninstall and re-install the app

-removing and re-installing your device on the app

 

let us know if any of these helped.

Disconnecting the Bluetooth and uninstalling/reinstalling the app worked!
